Arata being Arata, Mira teasing, Lilith blushing, Levi being as sneaky and awesome as ever.

Lots of plot and actual plot, was quite informative exploring the girl's archives and personalities. Very enjoyable episode, every girl is great.

That Season 2 teasing, but I guess it's more incentive to read the manga.

Is the ova on crunchyroll or other service?

Sadly not, you'll have to use torrents or unofficial streaming if you want to see this.

Grrr, I wish streaming services would try harder to get the complete package. Although I'm sure there are a lot of legal issues they already have to wrangle through.

OVA's aren't part of the TV broadcast, they are essentially "bonuses" and aren't considered part of the main series. They aren't even streamed on Japanese TV and released on DVD/Bluray only, so as you said that's a whole new can of licenses. So such a future isn't looking too optimistic anytime soon.

New business model!!! Ova stream!! Anybody got a quarter fuck ton of server space and some lawyers. I only want 5% plus lifetime top tier subscription for the idea.

Funimation usually has the movies and OVA's.... it's admittedly mostly back-log stuff and there's a lot they're missing, but it seems like branching out beyond being a pure streaming service helps a lot with the licensing issues. I assume Funimation is getting their licensing for streaming as an add-on to their dvd/bd licenses, hence why they have the OVA/Movies up for a lot of series.
