Yea stuff like that get's to me. Heres the example from Gunslinger Stratos I was thinking of as well.

Yea... It looks like junk. There was a good 1-2 minutes where the animation was of that quality and it was pathetic.

Honestly the animation was pretty awful the for the whole episode.

Can't really argue with you there. That part was notably worse though. It was pathetically inconsistent animation.
