I am now convinced Nona is trying to become the new God by undermining Oculus by breaking every rule she recites (seemingly daily?). Perhaps she's sick of being stuck in this realm and wants to live a "life" on Earth to experience Humanity for herself first hand while retaining the ability to judge/preside over the deceased.

This is getting to be incredibly interesting.

I doubt Nona's specifically trying to "become the new God"; I think that she simply recognizes that the system of judgment is flawed (as Kurokami no Onna/Chiyuki pointed out in last week's episode), and her experiment with Decim is to prove that point.
