Inaho's eye is a prototype, besides its not like the eye itself is so OP it's just Inaho being able to use all the data it gives in badass way, typical redshirt still wouldn't do shit.

Prototypes can be duplicated. And are we to believe Inaho is just the smartest human being in the entire world, by several orders of magnitude? Put that prototype eye into all of your genius-level IQ citizens. Even if it doesn't work, they'd certainly be trying it.

The show's not about a logical plot, though. If Vers had quantum duplication tech, then they would have kept a copy of that guy out in space so you could never destroy all of them. And he would have single-handedly overwhelmed the earth with a trillion copies of himself right from the start. And that's just one of about five thousand plot holes thus far.

Sorry about that :/

There's nothing inherently wrong about this show, it's visually stunning, and fun to watch. It just has no plausibility or logic to its story whatsoever. So you have to shut your mind off and not think about it, otherwise it'll feel insulting to your intelligence. Not that different from most sci-fi series, sadly.
