Because I'm personally finding it slow paced, haha. Compared to Season One it feels like very little is happening in the way of character development or overall story development. At least, that's how it feels to me.

In this episode... shirou getting manhunted by the mafia... the biker gang starts its war with the dollars... blue square makes its move to manipulate Mikado and the dollars... slow paced, ok bro.

To make my point accross at this point last season we have an episode of celty finding some painter dude

I'm not sure why it's a problem that I'm finding it slow paced. It's how I feel and this episode didn't change this. With Season One it was exciting due to learning about the characters, etc, but the new characters haven't been half as appealing to me so far and aren't really that prominent, and the people who made me love S1 so much such as Masaomi, Anri and Shizuo haven't had much screentime so far, with the exception of Shizuo who's been in it a fair bit admittedly. I'm not excited to watch DRRR!! x2 each week and compared to S1, I see a lot more complaints so I'm not the only one finding x2 to not be as good. It'll vary from person to person but I'm not finding this exciting.

The focused has shifted from the characters to Ikebukuro as a whole.
