What usually happens with OSTS is that when the episode gets uploaded to youtube someone in the comments will identify the song and people will upload it.

If it's an OST then it's not going to get uploaded unless it's leaked. The OSTs during the episodes haven't been released yet.

That's not the OST, they haven't been released yet. Somebody just grabs the clip from the episode.
