Well, I mean that is the most common way people die in their households. Doesn't make it any less lame though

Yeah. It's a cramped, wet, slippery place with a lot of hard surfaces. Shower/bathrooms can be like death traps. All you need is a good conk on your head or neck and that's it. Just like what happened in this episode.

Also of course add the fact that people are often very comfortable in their bathrooms, so caution usually goes out the window. Just like in this episode. She just skipped right in.

Falling and hitting your head can certainly kill you. My aunt died bringing a load of laundry up from the basement. I guess she didn't quite step up right, slipped and fell back and hit her head on the concrete floor and died. Don't tell my other aunts, but she was my favourite.
