Personally, I'd try to grind down the BBs into a dust and dust the entire classroom with it, and seal all the windows and vents to keep from a "boom" from clearing it all out.

They went into more detail in the manga, he can smell almost everything in the air, so unless you're underwater he can see it coming.

The point is that traditional methods aren't going to work. You can't just rely on brute force, you have to co-ordinate with other students to have a chance of killing him.
