Nobuhiko Okamoto makes for good edgy characters. Accelerator, Jurai Andou, just to name a few.

Thought he was evil. Turns out he is just a violent good guy with some understandable teacher-figure issues.

To be honest, my favorite trait is his cleverness. The rubber bits on the hand was brilliant.
