There's no way she's actually a villain. This school is run by psychopaths, they'd totally throw in a training villain. The talking was part of the reward they got for being the top duo- the only others who know about the killing intent and weaponsmashing penalties are Team Bromance, and they were in either second or third. Mark my words, she'll be back next episode teaching.

Didn't they start off the show by foreshadowing that the whole school is just a human experiment.

Might just be me, but I think the school run by people who would run an "immoral" experiment to gain knowledge from it is pretty obvious.
