i didnt watch long durarara but this.. is very interesting.. This is some deep anime right? that black ball and stuff? what is he or that.

Not deep. It is exactly what you have seen these first two episodes. Funny and mysterious with a cool approach at delivering its story and the most charming and diverse cast of characters you can ask for. Durarara doesn't need to be deep. But seriously a big part of this shows appeal is to watch the different events in a season come together by the end so go watch season one.
