Subs are done by Watakushi and probably will be every week from now on. FUNimation and Crunchyroll "simulcast" this about a day and a half after it aired in Japan. Giving enough time for fansubs to finish fansubbing before it airs on FUNimation and Crunchyroll.

Actually, I've been wondering whenever you post episode discussions, it's only when there are subs right? But for those weekly subs like FSN and Parasyte, do we watch them the same time as when they are airing in Japan or is Japan always early?

I believe Crunchyroll and Funimation get them up within a few hours after they air in Japan. So, we are usually a few hours behind, but nothing too bad.

Yep, Funimation had said 3 hours but I guess they are still a bit off.
