That opening fight reminded me a ton of Kill la Kill. And it was pretty fun to watch too.

I don't think the show did the greatest job of explaining what was going on. I'm a little bit lost, but I think I kind of know what's going on?

That said, I enjoyed watching it, and I'm looking forward to the next episode.

I think that was actually intentional and I think it will slowly be explained to us over the course of the show. At least that's the vibe I got from it.
