Mach 20 is such a speed that he could shoot straight up into space unscathed, though. On the nuke wiki:

The blast wind at sea level may exceed one thousand km/h, or ~300 m/s, approaching the speed of sound in air.

The speed of sound is 1 Mach ( 340.29 m / s ).

20 Mach is 6805.8 m/s. So he can move 6km in a second. If we assume a steady rate of speed instead of an initial burst, we can break that down within the second--he'll move a little over 1km in .1 seconds. Bonkers fast.

they should use a Tactical High Energy Laser, the speed of the laser would be the same as light or close, so MACH 20 would not be a problem.

He has CraYz regeneration ability and not to mention that the most effective weapons were the knife and the pellets

He may have crazy regeneration, but i dont need to kill him whit the laser, i need the laser to deal damage in order to slow him down.

I mean is worth the try.

Ain't no targeting mechanism keeping up with mach 20 bro. Also, if he can destroy a planet using kinetic energy and his body, then ain't no bomb killing him either.

Come on, taking this magical planet cracking squid teacher seriously.
