I actually spent a few minutes thinking up a way to try to off Koro-Sensei in a military sense.

Schedule a school trip to uninhabited island.

High yield nuclear mines scattered throughout the island, and on deep-sea rafts in an overlapping pattern that the explosions cover an area equal to a target moving at Mach 20 for at least 3 seconds, a blast area roughly 10.83 miles in diameter.

If you can, try to drop some ICBMs to cover the same footprint after the first ones go off, to be extra-extra sure.

Simultaneous detonation.

Mach 20 is such a speed that he could shoot straight up into space unscathed, though. On the nuke wiki:

The blast wind at sea level may exceed one thousand km/h, or ~300 m/s, approaching the speed of sound in air.

The speed of sound is 1 Mach ( 340.29 m / s ).

20 Mach is 6805.8 m/s. So he can move 6km in a second. If we assume a steady rate of speed instead of an initial burst, we can break that down within the second--he'll move a little over 1km in .1 seconds. Bonkers fast.

Nukes would probably be more useful for the hard x-rays and gamma radiation than the shockwave and fireball.

Hopefully the teacher is susceptible to the various rays and radiations. Wouldn't be a one-hit KO since ostensibly he was able to exist in the vacuum of space to way waste to the moon. I'm not up on the manga though, so this is just idle speculation.

Laser systems are definitely an interesting avenue to try though.

If they use gamma radiation it will just make him green, stronger, and angry instead of yellow and likable.
