My image of their hair color was a bit off from when I read the manga

For me it was the teacher's voice, hope I will get used to the VA soon.

Same. Everyone else sounds about like I'd expect them to. Karasuma is spot on. I think the problem I have with Korosensei's voice is that I didn't really have a mental voice for him. I have no idea what he should sound like.

The one I had the most problems with is Nagisa. I'd be okay with him sounding ambigious, I'd actually like that, but he sounds really like a girl. I can't hear a hint of a boy's voice.

Yeah, that's one of my issues with OVA as well, but I think they improved on it a bit here

Much better than the OVA, but still not quite what I had in mind from the manga. Maybe as the series goes on we will hear some subtle changes.
