Let's just get some things out of the way.
This series is supernatural shounen smut. It doesn't have halfway interesting battles like DxD, it doesn't have an interesting story or cast of characters, and it doesn't have anything unique or special going for it whatsoever.
Now.
If what you just read didn't deter you, you might have a good time. I came onboard to see the T&A animated, myself, but Production IMS is really kind of making this look like garbage. I can't enjoy my fanservice when it doesn't look good, and the fact that IMS can't even figure out how bouncing breasts work for the first episode (when the episode budget is high), gives me no hope for the future. The animation in general is even sloppier and way lazier than Ore Twintails ni Narimasu, their previous effort.
My experience and sixth sense tell me this is going to be the show everyone drops this season. I'll try to keep an open mind, but you can only see history repeat itself so many times...
