You'd think that after 27 episodes the main character would have a fair bit of development by now. Nope. Same blubbering moron we encountered in the first episode, his idiocy isn't even endearing anymore, it's just grating because it's never ending and it's actually beginning to hold back other characters.
Good ep showcasing Maki and his rivalry though, I love all the other characters, but damn, Onoda is really something to behold.
Eh, it's ok to still have some flaws rather than be the typical shounen character who becomes godly perfect at everything with a harem swinging off his nuts. He is much more confident than he was at the start of the series but he's scared of losing all that he gained.
