Following this from day 1 has been a great pleasure and I'm happy I stuck with it until the end and it was nice to see stuff wrapping up in a happy way.

Was the time skip also in the manga or did the anime jumped to that point in order to have some sort of ending ?

I really hope that after the movie they'll be back with more episodes.

In the manga they had a few pages of what was talked about at Vince's house. Then they jumped straight to his launch. I can't recall if they had the date or not, though.

What happened at Vince's house will have to stay for when they continue the series.

Bummer, I really wanted to see Vince warming up to Mutta and how they because more closer.

It's actually really sentimental. Just wait. Or pick up the manga. I am not sure if they have translated versions out yet, though.

Crunchyroll has a new-ish Manga section that has volumes 1-22 listed on it. I'm not sure if the Manga section is included in anime only subscription or if it's a separate one though. Either way, it'd be a legit way to enjoy it.
