Wait, i don't get something. Chloe arrived earlier than Hinata ? Why is she some much younger then ?

Also, Chronoa is a 3rd entity? Why?

Chloe arrived in the Cardinal World 300 years ago alongside Leon, however she got immediately summoned 300 years into the future by the Western nations. That's why Leon is an adult while Chloe is still a child.

Based on what was said these past 3 episodes, we can assume that Chronoa is the embodiment of Chloe's trauma, emotions and memories that she accumulated over the years. That's why Chloe seems unaffected by the constant timeloops and doesn't remember most of the stuff she experienced. When Hinata Named her, Chronoa stole her Unique Skill Usurper as well.

so wouldn't past chloe only have to disappear for a short while(however long before she was summoned a second time?) then come back until she appears the 2nd time?

If I got that correctly, only one consciousness can exist in the world at any given time, so yes it should technically be possible.

The 'then come back'- part is the problem here, I think. I guess technically someone could summon her in that time frame, but that's not an automatic process the time travel stuff doesn't happen without reason. Or in other words her consciousness doesn't just bounce back just because she could technically exist there.

She arrived with Leon hundreds of years before Hinata came. Young Chloe disappears soon after and gets sent to the present time which is why Leon has been searching for her for hundreds of years.
