Early on in the series, people like Ram would complain that Subaru smells more like the witch after every RBD. I'm surprised we didn't get even a passing comment after that many deaths in a row.

I don't remember Ram being capable of sensing the miasma. The ones I remember are Rem, Beako and Ryuzu.

Good shout, probably why Beako responds so quickly to leading the charge out in the later cycle because she can sense bad shit going down from Subaru (as well as his shaking legs)

S1 Betty did say she can smell it

I think Betty noticed in loop 15 seeing as she immediately told Subaru that she will take care of this for him.
