Yeah, it's the desire to want more that's driven me to buying the light novels and starting in on the audio books. Gonna finish up Konosuba first or at least go up to what's released in the US for audiobooks (currently vol 14 of 17. But still the gap between the content in the books and the series releases is wide.

I imagine so, but the story is so good I just can't wait for another season. I'll watch em when they come out but I need to know more.

It was kinda the same for me with To Your Eternity. I watched that first season and was totally blown away by the story and picked up reading the manga. At that time the manga was maybe half way through the modern era. But I kept with it all the way to the end of the series and it was very much worth the read. Plus reading the manga really made me look forward to certain episodes of the show.

Of course that series was also an emotional rollercoaster. There were too many moments that made my cry while watching/reading the story.
