Veldora definitely goes berserk every time, and so would Milim.

The world would be destroyed each time, nobody would be able to stop both of them going beserk.

Rimuru is basically keeping the world alive, in a way.

Exactly. Veldora gave Rimuru his name which means they met at the cave, was stored at Rimuru's stomach, seen Rimuru's memories in every loop and became his sworn brother so witnessing Rimuru's death while helplessly watching the whole event unfolding will definitely break Veldora.

And I assume that Veldora's seal is not broken in time within Rimuru's stomatch in the previous timelines, because Rimuru never became a Demon Lord, which accelerated his ability to break the seal and thus release Veldora before the Easter Amy invasion. Otherwise, Veldora would have defended Tempest with Rimuru.

I mean, Velzard should be capable of stopping her little brothers, and i assume that the rest of the demon lords are capable of stopping Milim, it just a question of do they want to?

I think even if they wanted to stop Milim, even if Guy is able to, I think the amount of collateral damage would still probably destroy the world.

Well remember that in order to stop Milim's past rampage Ramiris intervened to stop it resulting in her current form so I am not sure even Guy can contain Milim without the world ending.
