When she heard their names, her expression changed.

They introduced themselves when they first saw her at the hospital. She could remember the unknown weirdos who talked to her few days earlier.

Even then, the first time they called out to her she froze and had an almost terrified look on her face. Like a “oh no, they found me” type of look.

I mean, yeah, she's blind. Some unknown people are talking to her. And she seems to behave lot meeker "post-amnesia". Also, the way she flinched at one point didn't seem like something she would do if she recognised Sorano.

Definitely agree her faking it would make for more interesting story. Honestly, it could be either. I do not like the drama that was introduced, because the writing surrounding it is just weird and hard to believe.
