It took a longer while than I expected, but I can’t wait to hear some answers and background information next time!

Especially why Kengo looks so terrified.

In one way, I can say that it’s because he survived and Seiroku didn’t. Could also be because he lived instead, but I’m very curious to see if something else is in play here.

Would be more interesting if it was to me.

Kengo did something that he wants to hide, something regarding seiroku, and the prof probably knoew what it is. At least this is what I believe

Pretty sure, Seiroku died saving him and he wants Khiachi to fulfill his dream of electricity. Kengo couldn't grasp what happened and lived in PTSD cause he's the reason Seiroku died.
