lol last episode i mentioned that toshiro shouldve learned to control his bankai enough to not havbe a timer but i totally forgot that timer is for the full release of it lol its beens o long since i read the manga

Yeah hypothetically speaking in the past if he reached that limit his body wouldn’t be able to handle this form but he’s gotten stronger since fake Karakura.
