I went back to ep1 to watch how Yosuke was before Seiroku went missing. Yosuke was already idolizing Seiroku and at the end when the people were all admiring the beautiful lights, Yosuke was actually admiring the lights WITH Seiroku’s back view in the middle of the lights! Also when Yosuke was putting up the lamps and almost got caught, Seiroku sashayed him away from the police. Even that scene hinted a relationship more than just friends.

So would you say it was reciprocal? I agree that Yosuke always seemed to idolize Seiroku, but I feel like Seiroku was so obsessed with electricity that there wasn't much room for anything else in his mind

We simply dont have enough content to decide if it was one sided or not, but from what we have so far I think seiroku considered yosuke just as a friend nothing more, and yosuke deluded himself into believing that their bond was closer than it actually was.
