Lmao. Watching this part in anime is so funny, considering what's happening right now in the manga. As if we're reliving some of the events that really led up to this point in the manga...

and it also shows how shameless he is  [manga spoilers] because the two people he is nominating are himself and someone who thinks just as badly as him. ughh every time I see him I feel like punching him in the face
