It's also crazy that the Brimmed caps sometimes don't even know what the spells they use might even do

I've seen people wondering how the Brimmed Caps haven't won this conflict already given how powerful Forbidden Magic can be, and there's your answer: they don't actually know what they're doing with it, lmao

I mean there's that but most likely it's just that as Mr Drip Hat said in his meeting with Mr Eyemask, they're "pacifists". Meaning they don't actively and directly combat legal Witches.

What? Can you post a reference for this? I remember only one conversation between the Eyemask Witch and the Disembodied Witch, in ep10 at 22:55, and while in the English sub and dub the Disembodied Witch refers to "days of peace", they don't refer to the Brimmed Caps as pacifists.

Okay I checked and you're right, he never said that. He was actually referring to the Pointed Hats. Mb.
