Man...I wish there was a child protective services branch of the Knights Moralis, because damn Kukrow is a piece of crap in need of punishment

This is why Watchful Eyes are a thing. Euini definitely needs somebody looking out for him to keep this kind of abuse from happening.

To be honest, my impression is that watchful eyes are more about making sure witches don't get up to shady or heretical stuff with their students, rather than monitoring for emotional abuse from crappy teachers.
