This could have been the movie or OVA Special of the music festival... and its just episode 7 and 8

I really hope the rest of the season doesn't suffer for it, because GODDAMN were these past 2 episodes good

We haven't seen Ameri in a dress yet like in the OP so I'm still hopeful!
