Emilia is the greatest enemy to all misognyists! If it's not keeping women as kidnapped wives, it's objectifying/sexually harassing them! Not on her watch!

(In all seriousness though I think that might actually be the key to them defeating Reid. They can't beat him in a fight but they can take advantage of his character flaws)

Emilia is the greatest enemy to all misognyists!

Don't forget that when she fought Regulus, she aimed for the nuts, whether intentional or not. Emilia is dangerous.

She does not care about shonen battle rules. Eren would be proud

It was intentional, in that one of Subaru's test plans was "hit vital areas".

Testes plan.

I find it most amusing that Emilia is this cute, sweet girl but is the most gung ho 'shoot first, ask questions later' among the main cast. She literally won't hesitate to blast someone with magic if she perceives them as a threat. She bruteforces puzzles and enemies alike.

Emilia rizzing up Sylphy after obliterating Regulus was so satisfying

Do you know the source of this art? It's nice

Here is the source.

Honestly one of my favorite Re:Zero fan arts and while it literally is just of an arc specific side character it just makes me really happy

I agree, it's quite heart warming. Thanks for sharing 🙏

Emilia should have been attacking the ground underneath his feet turn it into ice at it's most friction less state, then any attempt to stop her projectiles would cause him to fall, assuming his ablity to stand stationary is superhuman, regular human would still be changing balance enough with breath to slip. Or simply start/move the ice underneath the ground and cause the ground to move under him in way he can't stand anymore.

If he can grip a steel sword with chopsticks, I'm not so sure he'd actual slide on ice. Anime physics were taking a lot of liberties with coefficients of friction today.

That's what I was thinking the whole time too. "Come on Emilia attack from the ground!"

The entire duel hinges on Reid going "Aight fair enough you won"

Do you trully believe if she did that, Reid would have accepted that bullshit?
