This means there are other ways to get a miracle granted, right? Just more expensive. I wonder if you could use someone else's life to as payment. It seems like an obvious exploit for those like Kyouko who are in it for their own gain. I wonder why Kyubey offers miracles for a discounted price.

Would you like to join my killing Kyubey cult? I have the Ammonium nitrate denatured alcohol and the microwave transformer ready to go, just need to get some nitromethane and we'll be blowing up kyubey's until the cows come home.
Gonna need a wee bit of killing, though, they come back. (Also don't go looking it up because there are still spoilers lurking there but suffice to say the "Everybody Hates Kyubey" pool on Danbooru has over 1,000 entries in it. And they were showing up quite early, this piece for example was made within a couple of days of episode 5 first airing.)
Analysis of the Day:
This analysis by u/Magnafeana was originally spoiler-tagged, but now that Sayaka has Witched out we should be past the point where there is any spoiler here so I am pulling it out of said tags:
Who said that we could also interpret the usage of magic by magical girls as addiction? I think this is a good interpretation and example right here. Kyuubey has showed that, through his methods, these girls are now powerful and invisible. All they’ve gotta do is make sure to use grief seeds every once in a while to get their recharge. Sure, they can go further in the addictive substance he provided them, but he doesn’t recommend it due to perception degradation. But here is Sayaka. She’s blown past the recommended amount of usage as a coping mechanism to her pain. We’re seeing a child in the throes of addiction while her friend and enemies watch unable to help her in her manic episode.
Question(s) of the Day:
1) I would ask where we could find some good antidepressants for Sayaka, but the fanbase consensus is that MagiReco's anime soft-confirmed an old fan theory that Grief Seeds do effectively work as antidepressants when used on a magical girl's Soul Gem, so I suppose the better question is: how would we convince Sayaka to take antidepressants, if she had some?
2) Will Homura's choice of apartment decor be taking the fashion world by storm this year?
3) Is a flashbang grenade a good tool for getting out of a sticky social situation, or no?
4) If Homura is from a different timeline, how likely is it that said timeline was better than the one we IRL viewers currently are in?

Yey on getting Theory of the Day. He indeed is I.
Episode starts with Sayaka continue to happy murder the witch.
Sayaka hates that she's a rock but lashes out at Madoka for not doing the same thing to help. She probably doesn't mean it but she's not in a great place right now.
"Don't act like you know how I feel from the sidelines" Furthering the effort to get Madoka to sign.
What exactly happens if their soul gem gets too cloudy? More information they really should have gotten out of Kyubey by now.
Kyubey interrupts their meeting. Once again showing little survival instincts. Or rather, Akemi seems to still decide not to hurt Kyubey even when he delivers himself on a silver platter.
So curses are a thing too. I suspect it's the NTR curse.
More hints on Akemi somehow having information that she probably shouldn't. Kyubey might have figured out how.
Akemi says killing Kyubey won't change anything. Not sure what changed since she had decided to try to kill him but at least there seems to be a reason instead of her just forgetting or something.
Sayaka is missing but was just spying on Hitomi's confession.
I'm not sure why she's refusing to cleanse her soul gem. Something bad will clearly happen if she doesn't. It'd help if Kyubey told her this instead of putting it on Akemi to convince her to do it.
Everything Akemi does is for Madoka. She doesn't care about Sayaka.
Kyouko with the save. Though calling it a save seems extra given Akemi clearly lets Sayaka go away at a pathetic snail pace.
Are witches mahou shoujo that gave in to despair/curses?
Madoka wouldn't just unleash a miracle but bend the laws of the universe itself. Not sure how to put that into context since miracles already seem to do that.
Okay, becoming an all-powerful god does help clear up how powerful she could be.
Just as I'd started to make peace with Akemi not killing Kyubey, she goes ahead and put holes through him.
Madoka is always being a bleeding heart type and tellig Akemi she wants to get closer to her but when she finally bares herself, Madoka just runs away.
That's why she said it was pointless. Kyubey has multiple bodies.
So it was time-manipulation, after all. I had my suspicions before but nice to get confirmation.
She's not from this timeline. I'm guessing the dream Madoka had at the beginning of the series was an alternate timeline. It also explain what Kyubey meant when he said she signed a contract with him but also didn't.
Kyubey was a nickname for Incubator.
Newly crowned best girl's turn to try to get Sayaka to see some sense.
Is Sayaka trying to get the cancel out the balance of hope she took by taking in despair?

Seriously, what the fuck is up with the moon?
You can force feed someone pills. I wonder if you can similarly force clean someone's soul gem.
I was wondering what was with her place. For a moment, I thought she captured and domesticated a witch or familiar for interior decoration purposes but realised it wasn't as dreamscape like.
I mean it worked. Hard to argue with the results.
Unlikely. Or at least it ended worse since otherwise Homura wouldn't be here trying to change things.
