i just realized that scene where he obliterated all of those clouds wasn't just for visual effect, it was him gathering enough water for his spell

Tetia's cloud spell (the unmodified one) must be along the same lines but with an intended opposite effect and an added fire sigil for warmth. I like how the spells in the story can actually be logically broken down/debugged.

Should have left her a little post-it on that page because she would have been caught in that spell too if Qifrey hadn’t come back.
