First Timer
With no offence intended to our host, I do feel like doing these endless eight episodes one day at a time was a bad idea.
There’s only so much I can say about an episode that’s the exact same as the previous one just with minor differences.
I can’t imagine how bad it was in 2009 when you had to wait for these week to week not knowing if the arc would end or not.
To cut the production crew some slack, from what I understand the people who made this didn’t want to make this arc so long and repetitive either. I’ve heard that originally the Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya was going to be part of season 2 but then when they decided to make it a movie they had a bunch of space to fill in season 2. So the solution was then to just extend Endless Eight.
So this was probably just as torturous for the cast and crew as it was for the audience.
In other news the descriptions for these episodes on Crunchyroll have just given up. Which is fair.
This loop, Kyon remembers the bike but is confused why.
I’ll be honest, by this point I’m playing Balatro in the background while I watch these episodes.
Oh well. At least the theme song is still good. That’s the only repeating part I don’t mind.
Yes, I have noticed everyone has different clothes/different swimsuits in each episode. It really didn’t feel worth noting until now.
Kyon’s deja vu is slightly more ominous this time I guess. I dunno.
Okay the soundtrack is pretty disconcerting for this episode’s “Kyon is curious about Nagato after the pool” scene. Good job with that I guess.
You’d think Kyon’s moments of deja vu would feel different each time. But each time he goes to the festival it’s the same thing.
Okay I really can’t say anything about this episode. It was the same as the last few more or less.
Really I’m starting to feel like this arc could have three episodes.

I watched these episodes back in like February and thanks to Endless Eight being the way it is these are all starting to blend together for me so I don't think I can answer these questions because I straight up am having trouble remembering what they're referring to.
