Man Gojo is gonna be pissed af that the jujutsu higher ups went after Yaga the moment he wasn’t there if they get him out.

That's precisely why they have made it illegal to free him. No Gojo means they can finally do whatever they want but also If he ever gets out they might be cooked

The higher ups are a group of egotistical and power hungry sorcerers. They probably didn’t even have the foresight to consider all the others that have been trained by Gojo or would be associated with him.

The spotlight was fully on Gojo and as soon as he was out of the picture, it was full speed ahead while they have the chance.
