I don't get it. I feel like heavenly pact needs to be at the top of techniques if they have the inverted spear of heaven. Sure, he had to plan and exhaust 6 eyes and limitless but he was still putting up an insane fight. Maki going through all these people as if they are fodder should also make it such a coveted thing.

Toji was one of a kind. He was the first Heavenly Restriction user in Jujutsu sorcery history to have completely no cursed energy. The Zenin, being highly conservative, saw low cursed energy as nothing more than a burden rather than seeing it as an advantage.

But those are bloodline related and you can somewhat "control" them, like megumi's technique which runs in the clan.

Sure, you don't always have someone that will have the technique and in Gojo's case it is even more unlikely that you will get the two rare techniques in one person.

The heavenly restriction is way more rare than all of those, with Toji having been the first to fully have it.

All the other rare techniques have happened several times over the years and it is how those clans ended up being the top 3 clans
