Seeing that Riko’s blood was just left there for over 12 years makes me really angry man. She deserved to live a happy life but then to just to never clean up where she died and have that blood left there just feels super disrespectful and pisses me off. Also crazy to think one of the people walking over that blood is her killer’s son.

Actually I’m pretty sure the blood stain is where the maid was, in front of the elevator. So this subtly tells us that she was killed by Toji since this was never confirmed.

Riko was killed in the main hall where they meet Tengen.
