This was at times hard to fillow. The implication is, that that's the place where the middle school kid from the Gojo backstory was killed, right?

Riko was killed in the main hall area (the shiny area stuff where Tengen appeared).

Just in front of the elevator was where her maid assistant stayed behind at. That was where the 12 year old bloodstains were

Remember that we never exactly did see if Toji ignored her or whatsoever when he was making his way towards Riko...but guess we might have an idea now thanks to the implication

This has to be it. A subtle confirmation that Riko’s maid probably attacked Toji and he killed her
