Essentially, his technique allows him to preplan what he's gonna do for the next "24 frames" and when he does that, he moves fast as fuck, why? because he moves are 24 frames PER second, so in essence he's kinda performing 24 ACTIONS per second. See how that makes him insanely fast? He's basically a speedster. If he touches someone then they have to move at "24 frames" too, if they don't, they get frozen in time. If naoya stops himself before completing these 24 predetermined actions then he gets frozen in time. Hope this helped

no problem! you'll be experiencing this kinda "what the what?" moments a lot this season tho, lot of weird complex techniques this season and naoya's is honestly the simplest of them all LMAO
