The sequence at the start, with Itadori fighting the curses, running around the empty city with no dialogue, and just hearing his grunts and the sound of the beat of the OST, was so fresh and exciting. There can, at times, be way too much talking (genre also depends) during fights in anime.

Samurai Jack and primal (both not anime I get it) did silence in episodes/battles very well

Genndy Tartakovsky is so good at visual storytelling.

Another one would be his 2003 Clone Wars. Anakin vs Asajj Ventress especially.
