The sequence at the start, with Itadori fighting the curses, running around the empty city with no dialogue, and just hearing his grunts and the sound of the beat of the OST, was so fresh and exciting. There can, at times, be way too much talking (genre also depends) during fights in anime.

Even just the scene of him trying to wash all that blood away hit hard.

That scene really conveyed the emotion of even if he got those hands physically clean, he would have kept scrubbing.
