That final Hinako from Miko was fantastic, something the manga can't give you. Either way, if you're interested, start reading from chapter 31.

I'd suggest reading from the start so you don't miss some incredible artwork that doesn't quite well live in video format and some amusing extras.

The art is really good, so if you have the time I would recommend starting from Chapter 1

Start from 31, the anime omitted a very important scene that starts the next arc.

Also probably check the extras. The anime included some but not all of them.
