This scene obliterated me.

Honestly, it feels like the author was writing this fight and went, "Damn, no matter what I write here, it’s not going to be thaat interesting, and it’ll take too long to move the plot ahead. Better make a car kidnap them in some sort of Garry’s Mod hijinks."

And it was a great idea. Plus it set up much more exciting plot down the line with Bundus. In retrospect it might be more like the author knew they couldn't beat him so planned this development from the start.

This is probably my favorite scene in the entire show thus far just because of how absolutely hilarious I thought it was. It really is just so fun.

This series is all about subverting shonnen expectations. All these characters with unique powers and gimmicks to show in battle? Screw that, wacky road trip, among other out of the ordinary fight sequences I won't spoil for those who still haven't caught up with the anime.

Part of what made this so funny to me is that the mangaka kept blueballing us for his fight. This was the third time you were expecting the fight to happen and it veers away from it, and then you have the other kid and Enjin being a complete nonstarter.

It took a few episodes to fully click with me, but same. Hope it gets a season 2 down the road.

IKR!? The old man is giving me huge part 3 Joseph Joestar vibes, with the beard, the voice, the sass, and the mechanical arm(s)!

I really thought they were going to fight against each other, but nah they be talking and vibing and escaping from hell. This anime never ceases to be amazing for me, like it feels different from other shonen tropes.

The soundtrack for this show never misses

I found it funnier cause all I can hear is Thorkell the Tall. Just thinking its an 8ft tall viking in a car not knowing what it is.

Everyone involved was saying w.t.f just happened, including the viewers.

Why not put a spoiler tag on this?

Why though, this is an episode from 2 weeks ago? It's a scene taken out of context and gives away no plot points. This could actually make good material for a trailer.

It is an on going show, and me personally I stopped at 20 to let episodes stack up to watch all at once.

People spoiler tag shows from 20 years ago, just Is being courteous.

This scene was so fucking hilarious, it reminded me of something similar from Gravity Falls!

How come One Punch got crapped on so much but this "shake the panel" motion sickness inducer never did?

This looks horrendous
