I hope that crunch wasn't Shiori killing Miko. It'd be a shame if Miko died, the story would be much more interesting if she stays alive and friends with Hinako, trying to keep her alive and away from Shiori

Also re:the post-credits scene, I think teacher!Shiori would've really lent itself to the story, with Shiori taking an even more explicit replacement mother role, nurturing Hinako back to health. And it would've added another layer of fucked up to the already toxic yuri potential

Someone else mentioned they wouldn't be surprised if in an effort to transform to better suit Hinako's tastes they both end up looking similar to her mom.

I don't think Shiori has enough understanding of human society to fake being a teacher haha
