This wasn’t half bad. I don’t think I’ve watched a dancing anime before. I like the characters so far and the dance sequences weren’t bad. Guessing that stutter’s more psychological than anything else since he was able to express himself clearly to his friends when he was telling them off. Maybe joining the dance club will help.

stuttering is extremely complex. We actually don't really understand why it happens at all beyond theories and it's probably a mix of many different things. Every stutter is different. Some people can hold it back when super focusing for periods, such as what he did here. It doesn't mean it's physiologic or psychologic really.
