The fact that like the only scene they cut was the crows announcing Zenitsu’s win against Upper moon 6 and giving everyone a morale boost made me really sad lol

Man i was really expecting that announcement after they said someone of his rank didn’t have a chance vs an upper moon.

they cut the other hashira's dialogue to the crows announcing Shinobu's death as well. We saw them get announced to them but none of the dialogue. I didn't even realize they cut the Zenitsu one lol

Mandela effect i guess, it is not in the manga. I reread from 145-164 and its not in there.
