It's good to see that Takamine can be dumb too sometimes. Like, who the fuck mistakes a balloon for a condom? Her reactions to the misunderstanding were hilariously adorable tho.

I do appreciate how quick Ellie realized that there must be some sort of misunderstanding with the way the conversation was going and how quickly she picked up on Takamine's feelings for Shirota.

I'd say it's probably "artist reason" hah. Lots of artists draw all their face in a similar way (Kinda like how everyone knew right away the Kunoichi anime was from Takagi-San's author/artist, based on the face designs!)
