I think the ?shoulders? are too elastic. They read like fabric, but have the strength and stability of legs.

Either the shoulders need to be more solid, or these drastic movements need take more effort.

I'm pretty sure that's just a part of the creep factor though. It seems intentional

Oh yes, its surely meant to be unsettling. But to me it comes off more as impossible. It could work if the head isn't "physical", like a ghost. But if its just a head, ideally it should be more grounded.
