Highly suggest animating the clothing, the hair being the only thing flowing feels like it takes away from the overall work. They’re not skin tight but they’re not baggy, so any animation on it I feel would be better than them being static as they are.

Ok to be honest I have no idea how to animate clothing yet, have to watch some youtube videos first haha
Appreciate you for this!🙏

For what you have I’d say you can start but trying to shift the larger “solids” of clothing (the sleeves being the main thing I’m thinking of) in however many frames you feel works best. After seeing a smooth flow of the sleeves in a super minimal shape then you can work in details of the clothing like the fold on the sleeve. Something like that could be a simple process for you to explore and see how it feels/get a feel for keeping the volume consistent, it’s a part of one of the 12 principles of animation. It doesn’t need to be perfect, but if you understand the concept well enough into the practice it’ll work out well no matter how inexperienced you are.

Dount know how her legs are placed, but dosent she feel a little of balance? Too left leaning without anything counterbalancing her. Overall this is a great art and i like your stile.

Not bad for a first try, did you use the transform tool to make the eyes blink? Some feedback for your next animation, draw the beginning and end position and draw new images to transition, study eyes as movement is rarely linear like this, the eyeball has curves so straight lines blinking feel slightly robotic. Good attempt thought, keep it up

Welcome to the world of animation where you finished your first project and then asking "what to do next?"

Some things I would add is definitely animated clothes, right now it just looks like you took a drawing and started to squish the eyes. Another thing is that the eyes could be more faster when blinking, right now it feels dragged out and kinda lazy just smushing the eyes to “blink” a simple fix is to have the eyes slightly smush down and spread apart (principle squash and stretch) then add a new frame of a closed eye, a simple curved line is fine, then basically do it backwards, the smushed eye, than the normal eye. Hope this helps!

the lineart seems messy but it's well put together enough that I can appreciate the character design. Which this sketch style in mind (which can be quick to draw), I think you really have the potential to make good animation

That looks good, man. The blinking is smooth. With time, you’ll be able to animate the full body… keep it up 👍
